I faced multiple water issues during my stay. In three different rooms, I encountered no water in the bathroom sink and shower. The cleanliness was appalling, with bugs near the sink and crumbs under the bed, creating an uncomfortable environment.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and kitchen amenities in the room, which made our stay more comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough for my family, accommodating four people easily. I noticed that cleanliness was an issue, with crumbs under the bed and the bathtub needing a good scrub. Although the fridge was convenient, it didn't freeze items adequately, which was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but the overall upkeep of the hotel was below par. Encountered some bugs in the kitchenette, which affected our comfort level during the stay. Despite having some positive aspects, the uncleanliness and maintenance issues were significant letdowns.
